2 - Is my personal and financial information safe?

Absolutely. We use the latest in SSL technology to ensure all of the information entered into our site is safe & secure. All payments are processed directly through Paypal or Square and are not stored on our site or servers. You will not have to enter any sensitive financial information on our site as Paypal/Square will handle it all.

3 - I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

Unfortunately we can not accept returns or exchanges due to the ordering of a wrong size. Please view the size chart listed on each item's page to ensure you are purchasing the correct size.

4 - My item is defective. Can I exchange it?

If the item you received is defective or has noticeable blemishes caused by us during production, we will offer an exchange of that item at no cost. The item must be returned unwashed & unworn in order to qualify for an exchange. The defective claim must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6 - When can I expect my items to ship?

Orders typically ship out within 7-10 business days however recently there have been supply chain and logistic issues that may cause delays in some cases. If you need your item rather quickly and by a specific date, please reach out to us before placing your order so we can make sure there will be no issues in meeting that in-hands date.

7 - Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, sort of. Changes or cancellations can be made within 2 business days of placing your order. Weekends do not count in these 2 business days so if you place an order on Friday afternoon, you have until the following Tuesday afternoon to make any changes or cancellation. However, we may still be able to make changes to your order after these first initial business days depending on if production has started at that time. Feel free to reach out and we'll see if we can accommodate! To request to cancel or edit your order, please Contact Us with your order number and billing name and we will be glad to handle that request for you.
